Living at The Inland House

The Inland House has many amenities for enjoying the beauty of our surroundings! Our amenities include:

Outdoor
  • Beautifully landscaped courtyard with seating for lounging and dining.
  • A deeded dock slip for each unit.
  • Kayak racks available to owners on a first come, first serve basis.
    • The racks are intended for kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Kayaks and paddle boards are stored at the owner's risk, and must be labeled with owner name and/or unit number. The Inland House recommends that they are secured at all times.
    • The kayaks must be moved in Spring and Fall to facilitate the placement and removal of docks.
    • There is a hose conveniently located near the kayak racks which is available to wash your gear.
  • Sandy beach.
  • Fire pit available for owners, their guests, and renters to use. Firewood is not provided. Please ensure that the fire is fully extinguished after use.
  • Gas grills available for owners, their guests, and renters to use. Please close the gas valve, clean up, and replace the grill cover after use.
Indoor
  • Elevator in Phase II that serves both Phases.
  • Community Room, available for owner use only. See the Community Room Reservations page to reserve.
  • Fee-based washer and dryer in Unit 21, Phase II.
  • Unsecured bike storage for owners only in Unit 21, centrally located in the lower level and accessed through Phase II or the south parking lot.
Please note that the boat slips are deeded to individual owners, and for use only by those owners, their staying guests, or their current renters (with express permission from the owner). Owners may not rent their slips or conduct business from their slips but may permit renters to use them during their rental stay.
