- There are two van accessible parking spaces in front of the bike room doors in the south parking lot. These spaces are not dedicated to van accessible parking.
Parking Procedures When Expecting Snow
- All overnight vehicles should be parked in the south parking lot along the building.
- Absolutely no overnight vehicles should be parked in the middle area of the parking lot when snow is expected.
- By 11 am all vehicles should be moved to the south end of the south parking lot so any remaining snow may be moved to the designated areas.
- The snow disposal area is outlined on the attached diagram and should not be blocked for any reason.
- The dumpster should also not be blocked by parked vehicles for any reason.
- If parking becomes limited, please park as close to the designated overnight parking area without blocking other vehicles, lot entries, etc.
- Owners must present these documents to any renters staying during the winter months.
