Welcome to the Inland House!

This form is for renters who already have booked with an owner of a unit at Inland House. There is no way to rent through this website. Inland House Condominium Association is not responsible for rental agreements between owners and their renters.

We are a community of owners who care about our property and love to spend quality time here relaxing and enjoying the water and the surrounding attractions. We are happy to share our community and its amenities with renters and guests and ask that you care for it as though it were your own.

It is important that you review the Renter Rules and Regulations. Submission of this Renter Registration form confirms that you have done so, and that you agree to follow those rules and regulations during your stay. The FAQs for Renters is especially helpful for finding answers to questions you may have.

Please understand that the owner of your unit may have additional house rules for the unit that will be communicated separately. Unit owners are also responsible for ensuring that their renters and guests abide by the Condominium Association rules found in the links above.

Please fill out the below form so that our Property Management company can contact you in case of emergency, and so that we know which vehicles in our parking lot belong to our renters.
